Style and comfort — generously proportioned

Designed for the comfort of six passengers, the Clair de Lune is 100 ft long and 16.6 ft wide — the maximum navigable size for a craft on the Canal du Midi.

Utmost of hotel barge comforts

A newly purpose-built boat, the Clair de Lune is the fruit of Barbara and Berend Gozens' thirty years of experience in boat building and organizing luxury barge cruises in France. They designed her to have an airy, spacious and luminous interior with the style and comfort of a first-class hotel.

Wide sundeck and large picture windows

Whether you're inside or outside, you won't miss the
scenery. If you're not lounging on the large 39.4 ft x
16.4 ft sundeck equipped with handsome teak lounge
furniture and bimini, or splashing in the outdoor
Jacuzzi, you'll still have a splendid view of the
changing landscape through large picture windows
in the saloon and cabins.

Relaxing interior

Beautiful Mediterranean sycamore- and cherry wood
furnishings lend a quiet sophistication to the modern
and relaxing interior. The saloon with its comfy
sitting and dining area has stereo, library, and a
well-stocked open bar.

Roomy cabins

Three roomy cabins may be fitted out with either double or twin beds, depending on your requirements. Beds facing the windows allow you to relax in the privacy of your cabin and still enjoy the scenery.
Each cabin has a stylish en suite bathroom with hair dryer, shower, and toilet. And, like the saloon, each cabin has individually controlled air-conditioning and heating.

Easy access

For easy access throughout the vessel,
the Clair de Lune was built with as few
stairs as possible.
